I've had a few cigar boxes in storage and wanted to convert them to jewelry boxes. I finally got around to doing it. It doesn't take that long to make them. I'm wondering why I waited forever to get it done.

What You Need:

1. Cigar box

2. Jewelry insert (I purchased them from Amazon.)

3. Chalk

4. Exacto knife or scissors

How to do it:

1. Mark the cigar box with chalk along the edges on the inside.

2. Place the insert on the box to mark the underside with chalk (so you'll know where to cut the insert).

3. Cut the insert along the chalk mark and stuff it inside the cigar box.

Voila! You've got a new jewelry box.
