... Annnnnnnnd, I'm back!

It has been over a year since I posted on a/my blog. After Twitter killed Posterous, I didn't bother making blogging a priority. I tried starting a blog on Tumblr last September when I started the Deep Yoga Training (more on this in another post), but I couldn't commit to Tumblr.

I've been procrastinating with getting this started (with Squarespace), and now... Here I am, ready to write, so hello again!
